HK Living ("the app") is a private aesthetic curator for people staying in Hong Kong. We try to do as little with your data as possible. This page explains exactly what is collected, what is sent off the device, and what you can do about it.
The following are stored locally in iOS's encrypted SwiftData store and are never transmitted anywhere:
api.minimaxi.com)When — and only when — you actively press Generate or Regenerate, the following text is sent to MiniMax via our own Cloudflare Worker proxy so an LLM can suggest stops:
What is never sent to MiniMax: your photos, your exact GPS coordinates, your journal text, your name, any device identifier, any tracking ID.
Your phone never contacts api.minimaxi.com directly — requests go through a proxy server we operate (a Cloudflare Worker), which holds the API key. The proxy does not log request or response bodies. Cloudflare's edge retains request metadata (timestamp, IP, HTTP status) for ~24 hours for abuse detection.

When you save an itinerary, stop names like "Central: Tai Cheong Bakery" are converted into coordinates so we can show point-to-point distance and let you tap "open in maps". This conversion uses Apple's MKLocalSearch framework, which sends the stop name to Apple. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Tapping the ↗ icon next to a stop, or the "view this day on map" button, opens a https://www.google.com/maps/... URL in your browser or the Google Maps app if installed. Your phone, not our servers, calls Google. We do not have a Google Maps API key. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

You can revoke any of these any time at iOS Settings → HK Living.
HK Living is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect data from, children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app and you are their parent or guardian, please contact us and we will delete any associated content from your device-side data on request — though all data is already on the device under your control.
Itinerary stops, descriptions, and weekly themes are generated by a large language model. They are best-effort suggestions. They may be inaccurate, out of date, or describe places that no longer exist. Always verify opening hours, accessibility, and personal safety before going. If a generated suggestion is offensive or unsafe, please report it via the in-app "report a suggestion" link in Settings → AI Feedback.
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new effective date at the top. Material changes that affect what data is collected or where it is sent will be announced inside the app the first time you open it after the update.

你的手機不會直接連到 api.minimaxi.com。請求會經過我們營運的代理伺服器 (Cloudflare Worker),由它持有 API key。代理不記錄請求 / 回應的內容主體。Cloudflare 的邊緣節點保留請求 metadata (時間戳、IP、HTTP 狀態碼) 約 24 小時用於濫用偵測。

當你儲存行程時,「中環:泰昌餅家」這類地點名稱會被轉換成座標,以便顯示點對點距離與「在地圖中查看」功能。這個轉換使用 Apple 的 MKLocalSearch 框架,會把地點名稱送給 Apple。受 Apple 隱私權政策規範。
當你點擊停留點旁的 ↗ 圖示、或「在地圖看當日路線」按鈕時,會開啟 https://www.google.com/maps/... 連結,系統會在你的瀏覽器或 Google Maps app (如果有裝) 開啟。是你的手機去打 Google,而不是我們的伺服器。我們沒有 Google Maps API key。受 Google 隱私權政策規範。

你可以隨時在「iOS 設定 → HK Living」撤回任何權限。
HK Living 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計,也不會主動向兒童收集資料。如果你認為一名兒童使用了 app,而你是其父母或監護人,請聯絡我們,我們會應你要求協助移除相關內容 — 不過所有資料都在你的裝置上,實際上你已經完全掌控。
行程的停留點、簡述、每週主題都是由大型語言模型生成的。這些是「盡力而為」的建議。內容可能不準確、過時、或描述已不存在的地點。出發前請務必自行查證營業時間、是否開放、人身安全。若某項生成建議令人不適或具危險性,請透過「設定 → AI 回饋 → 回報建議」回報給我們。
若我們更新這份政策,新版本會發布在同一個網址,並在頁首更新生效日期。涉及「收集了什麼資料」或「資料送往何處」的重大異動,會在你下次打開 app 時於 app 內公告。
